HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

To become a member, the firm must be a member or join the association by completing the enclosed Application for Firm Membership and paying the firm membership fee of $750.00. Everyone associated with the firm must also become a member by completing the Application for Realtor® Membership and paying the REALTOR® membership fees. The fees for a REALTOR® are on the enclosed sheet CRAAR Services & Information under New Member Information.

If an applicant is interested in obtaining the Supra key & keybox system, they must pay the Lock Box Key Deposit of $65.00, along with the fees under Optional Supra Key & Keybox System. These fees are payable to different companies and therefore two checks are required for payment. Please note the Monthly Service Dues which are billed to each individuals account on a monthly basis on the enclosed CRAAR Services & Information. When new applicants are interested in joining the association, we request that they schedule an appointment with our office for approximately 90 minutes of training.
