Objectives:
The student will hear actual cases and have the opportunity to discuss their outcomes and what could have been done to avoid the situations to better serve the public and maintain professionalism.
The student will review the grievance process and documentation necessary to file a complaint.

CRAAR classes are available to active association members only.
“There is a $25 charge for any no-show to a course. Courses that have a fee will be given refunds for cancellations made prior to the cancellation date; there is no refund for courses cancelled after the cancellation deadline.”
The meeting starts promptly at 9, late arrivals will not receive CE credit per Iowa Code.
