NAR’s 2013 Housing Pulse Survey shows a stronger environment for home sales and home ownership. Their survey found that people overwhelmingly believe buying a home is a good financial decision. And further, home ownership remains one of the top life priorities for people who currently rent.
This statement is definitely supported in our local market as the common topic of conversation among our membership. Many of us have remarked on how busy we have been this year. However, as busy as we are, there is always time to do one more thing.
The Nominating Committee has begun the search to fill positions on the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs. If you are called upon and asked to serve, remember that you are being chosen as a member who exhibits integrity, leadership and ethical business practices — as well as a vision for the future. Please give thoughtful consideration to accepting the call to be a part of the CRAAR leadership team.
